Hi, I’m Liz—coach, facilitator, experiential trainer. Rebel at heart, teaser by nature.

French-American, I grew up learning to connect across differences. That curiosity for people’s stories has guided me ever since. Along the way, I’ve worked with people passionate about learning and growth: from scientists and professionals to students and teams working across cultures—and what I love most is creating space for reflection, growth, and authentic connection.

Through coaching, facilitation, and experiential workshops, I focus on meaningful conversations, creative exploration, and cross-cultural connection. Raising four kids and moving to Germany deepened my belief in curiosity, courage, and lifelong growth.

Honesty, justice, and humor matter to me—the kind of playful teasing that opens minds and hearts. I work online and across Europe, finding joy in every step of this journey of learning and connection.
